Meaning shapes action.
Every sentence passes through the listener's memories, beliefs, emotions and expectations before becoming understanding.
That's why the same message can inspire one person, confuse another and offend someone else.
Good communication isn't simply about choosing better words.
It's about anticipating how those words will be received.
